Returns & Exchanges
Each DNH piece is created as a one-of-a-kind Identity Code, made specifically from your chosen inputs.
Because of the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please ensure that all details submitted are correct before completing your purchase.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in creating and delivering your piece.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at info.dnh.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
We will review the issue and ensure it is resolved appropriately.
Exceptions
As all DNH products are custom-made and produced to order, they are non-returnable under standard circumstances.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have any concerns before placing your order, we encourage you to contact us—we are happy to assist.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a cancellation within 14 days of delivery.
However, as DNH products are personalized and made-to-order, this right may not apply once production has begun or the item has been completed.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of approved damage or fulfillment errors.
If your case is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
